Improved message catalog experience

Sometimes it's the little changes that make a big difference! Previously the message catalog displayed all of the available channels, with no channel specific counts.

This made the user experience more complicated as users had to click on each tab in order to discover if there were messages for that channel.

We've improved this by offering message counts by default in each tab AND by hiding tabs if there are no messages associated with that channel.
