Performance metrics for labeled content

Need to understand what kind of content is working best? We've upgraded the Personalization Manager so you can now see key performance metrics for all labeled content.

Similar to Live Messages performance, the following metrics are now available for labels:

  • Click through rate
  • App activity rate
  • Add to cart rate
  • Revenue rate
  • Composite rate
  • Freshness score

You can use the overview table to cross-compare and sort:

And you can click on any label to drill down and see the specific content that is LIVE and driving these numbers.
